We have a new search feature on our site – it’s amazing. It’s designed to make your life easier by giving you instant access to all MLS listings in the city. Search all of Toronto or click on a neighbourhood search where all of the listings are overlaid on a map. It’s simple and you’re going to love it.
There are two different ways to use this search feature. One involves creating an account. I know, signing up for stuff sucks, I rarely do it myself. If we could offer this without you signing up we totally would, but due to Toronto Real Estate Board regulations we are not able to. Creating an account gives you access to ALL listings on MLS and faster than you would see them on realtor.ca. It’s awesome.
If you don’t sign up some listings won’t show up because of boring red tape mumbo jumbo. Bottom line; if you don’t sign in you see some listings, if you do sign in you see all listings.
Creating an account gives you the option to create customized searches. The new listings that fit your criteria (location, price etc.) are automatically sent to you. The format the listings are sent in look fantastic on your mobile device, much better than what we can send you through the Realtor back end of MLS.
We have already created a few hyper-local neighbourhood searches to kick things off that are embedded in this website. Simply choose a neighborhood in the top right menu bar and see the listings that are currently available. It’s easy, it’s intuitive and the functionality is second to none.
If you decide to create an account we promise not to spam you with crappy newsletters and we won’t pass on your email address to any third party. We hate spam. You will only receive emails from this service if you create a customized search to be alerted to new listings that fit your criteria.
Bottom line, this service is totally wicked and you should use it.
