Being a first time buyer, I wasn’t sure about what I was looking for and what I could afford. Hilary asked questions to help me determine my ‘must haves’ and my ‘bonus features’ which helped greatly in my search. She also put me in touch with options for lawyers and mortgage brokers.

Hilary made sure she knew in advance my upper maximum limit and never pushed me beyond it, even in the bidding war for the place of my dreams, she managed to get me my new home under that limit. She is personable and genuinely friendly. I know that Hilary's upbeat and professional personality played a factor in getting the other agent to accept my offer.

Buying a place can be scary and complicated with 10 page documents from lawyers and brokers and only moments to pay or sign or amend. Hilary was incredibly patient and highly dependable when taking the time to answer every question I had and direct me to the correct person when it was not in her field. The only time she was not answering my calls or texts was when she was physically with another client.  This is something I appreciated because I received the same treatment when she was with me. I love my new condo that overlooks the Toronto Skyline with my ‘must have’ balcony and my ‘bonus feature’ location of downtown Kensington Market so I am a 10 minute walk to work.
