I called Hilary Browning when I began thinking about purchasing my first home because she had done a free workshop for folks in the area with businesses/charities on how to get your product out there on social media. I outlined where I was looking and the price point and she lined up numerous properties for me to see. Every property we viewed was in the area I had said I wanted and in the price range I had stipulated. She never pressured me in any way, and when we found the perfect home she was of great help and assistance with all that is involved in purchasing a first time home. When there was a small glitch a month after the closing she helped to solve it and her support throughout and even after has been wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a person whom they can trust to guide them in purchasing a home.
