West: Victoria Park Ave
South: Lake Ontario
East: Midland Ave.

Why we like it
Quiet, friendly streets with green space galore. Bookended by mega local tourist attractions The Beach to the west and the Scarborough Bluffs to the east this neighbourhood has happily been missed by the masses. Things are changing though: in 2013 a house here sold every couple of days for under $500,000. People are catching on but until the commercial component picks up to make the place more desirable to “outsiders” (aka Torontonians who see Victoria Park Ave. as the edge of the world), now’s the time for you budget-conscious buyers to get in. From the tony area of Fallingbrook and the Toronto Hunt Club (more golf!) to the lovely Rosetta McClain Gardens, you’re preconceived notions of Scarborough are going to melt away. You might find yourself not saying where you’ve moved to so you can help keep the neighbourhood a secret just a little longer…
