Our apologies to the residents of Alderwood and Long Branch for lumping these two neighbourhoods together, but we didn’t want to say one was better than the other and both have great attributes!

Why we like it
It’s an old suburb with large lots, modest homes and a true neighbourhood feel. With Lake Ontario and Etobicoke Creek as boundaries you can become one with nature in a matter of minutes; extra points if you look away from the downtown skyline when you’re at the water’s edge. What’s more, that money you’re saving on your mortgage means you can take classes at Humber College which offers the gamut from Community Development to Collage Explorations. The extra credits will pair nicely with your wise home-buying strategy for an increased air of quiet sophistication. You’re friends will think you’re putting the A back in smrt, but in a good way.
