An updated look at Toronto Real Estate prices in 2015 focused on the neighbourhoods you (er, probably) want to live. All statistics are based on sales from between January and June 2015. Neighbourhood boundaries are the actual boundaries of the neighbourhood, not the somewhat arbitrary Toronto Real Estate Board boundaries. So, it was a kind of a pain to generate these statistics.
