Nick and Hilary assisted us in buying our first home in October 2013. After a defeating search with some extreme lows, they helped us find a house that is a great fit and we didn't feel we "settled on". They were patient while we refined our wish list, as first time buyers are prone to doing many times, and were always available to take us out to see more houses, even on short notice.
Nick and Hilary are personable and easy to get along with and know that a beer and/or poutine helps take the sting out of some painful real estate situations. We were pleased with their prompt responses to our many questions and they were always easy to get in touch with. It was great that we could call, email or text, made communicating while on the go very convenient.
When it came to offering on properties, we felt confident in their abilities to represent us and our specific needs.
