• goodbye winter hello new home: Nearly double the number of properties sold in Q2 over Q1
• pick up the pace: buyers were chomping at the bit as the average days on market dropped in Q2 to 12 (yearly average is 20)
• cha-ching!: in the first half of 2014 we saw the most expensive home ever sold in Cabbagetown on MLS at $2.4M.
• on the rise: last year 3 homes sold for less than half a million. This year so far the lowest sale was $510,000
